Packaging
Every shelf is packaged safely and secured for the trip. Hardware to mount the work surface (if applicable) is taped to the inside of the unit.
Damage in transit
Please inspect your shelf upon arrival and report any damages within 48 hours. If anything looks off, note it with the carrier, keep the packaging if you can, and email us photos — we'll repair or replace the damaged piece.
Returns
We do not accept returns at this time. What we do promise: every piece is covered by a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects. If something isn't right because of how it was built, contact us and we'll repair or replace it — that's our make-it-right promise.
